Position Title Regional Account Manager – Full-time
Description:

We are looking for an individual who can build a base of customers in the automotive and non-automotive manufacturing sector. If have an impeccable understanding of the needs of manufacturers, as well as quality solutions, we want to hear from you. This position reports directly to the Vice President of Sales and Marketing and will work out of their home office serving Kentucky and Tennessee.
Primary Responsibilities:
This position will develop new business opportunities with large-midsize accounts. Your success will be dependent on your ability to prospect, qualify potential accounts and build relationships with key decision makers.
He/She will: • Identify and qualify new opportunities for their potential • Develop and implement strategic sales plans • Prospect new clients through market research, cold calling, networking, attending trade shows, etc. • Develop and foster client relations to achieve retention goals • Develop sales by making initial presentations; explaining service benefits • Prepare proposals and presentations
Desired Qualifications: • Proven B2B Sales experience selling services • Diploma preferred in Business • 5+ years experience selling to automotive and general manufacturing markets • Knowledge of quality systems and processes is a definite asset
Required Skills: • Ability to close new business • Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales quotas • Experience selling to large and medium size accounts • Results driven, passion to succeed, resourceful • Can effectively respond to customer objections • Self-motivated, energetic, enthusiastic • Ability to work effectively within a team environment • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Knowledge of MS Office
